This started out as a random person. Then it started to look like Yuri from Kyou Kara Maou so what the heck, he's Yuri now. Yuri when he's older? I just wanted to try cel coloring.If anyone here watches Kyou Kara Maou besides Mia, then.... I give them a cookie. xD
Edit: Whoa, the background looks all weird. I'll fix it later if I'm not so lazy.

1. base coat
2. create a new layer and group it to the base coat layer
3. use the pen tool and outline all the shaded areas
4. right click, fill path
5. repeat 2-4 for the highlights
