What if the god of Night becomes the God of Illumination? A goddess that have emotions blocked due to the horror of night, come to the light of day...

And here she is ~ Sele taking on the domain of Illumination for the Domain Swap.
Upon taking on the domain of Illumination, she loses the ability to block her emotions. Sadness, Anger, Disappointment, Despair, and many more negative emotions come to surface in a domain opposite of her purpose. Because of her loss of control, her alter ego - Lisse - conflicts with control over Sele’s body.

So due to the resurfaced emotions and loss of innocence, Sele’s style becomes more mature.

The long length mermaid tail, and cape also symbolizes that the Light creeps on even beyond boundaries.

I also designed her gown to be something like it creeps onto her skin - like slowly covering her with light, replacing whatever Night she used to rule. Hence, why it looks like the gown is attaching itself or like it’s rising up. Hopefully it does look like that..

Her overall design is also spikier due to her having uncontrolled emotions. Her hair, her feathers, her ears are spikier and unkept.

Furthermore, since Sele and Lisse coincides, Lisse’s red eye appears. Her expression as well is a mix of angry and confused - perfectly shows the confusion of what to feel. Sele/Lisse also becomes angrier.

The concept for the robe came from Lett, the original god of Illumination. They had a robe that hides them. Sele takes that - a cape that reaches out until over the floor.

To show the power of illumination, the background have dark spots that is colored by the light. The color purple symbolizes Discord, as Sele right now is chaotic, and also Lett’s element - Elekos.
