This is a great example of dedication to the consistency of your line art. The waves are beautifully done with just the right balance of alternating blues popping out against the sunset orange sky. Palkia's expression looks like it sits between surprise and outrage. I love the cross hatching on the ground for extra texture.

This is really cool - I like the swirls of mist around the pokemon and the very dramatic waves. You've also made really great colour choices, especially in the water colours. The trainer's outfit is cute, too!
