I'm not a huge fan of Rukia, and so, of the IchiRuki. But UlquiHime is my fav pairing in the series ^^
I don't really like Byakuya and Grimmjow either XD

Rukia is not my most favorite either, but I think she's important to Ichigo because she changed his world. That's why I ship IchiRuki.
To be honest I wasn't that fond of Byakuya and Grimmjow first but somehow ... I grew to like them. I don't know how, it just ... happened.
