The first form is Cutgehog. It's a pure Normal-type Pokemon, like many regional rodents. To hide, he can make his little spines look like a bush. He's present on route 1 & 2 in Woibe Region. He can learn moves like Cut (which makes him a perfect HM slave lol) or Double Hit. Yes, I agree with you, it's not so powerful.

If Cutgehog gets to Level 20 during the day, he'll evolve into Fistgehog and become a Normal/Fighting type Pokemon. He became anthropomorphic and is inspired by English boxing. He can now learn many Fighting-type moves, like Dynamic Punch or Brick Break, but also Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Thunder Punch. He's quite slow and doesn't have many base-HP. However, his Attack and Defense are very good. You can find Fistgehog on Woibe Region's Route 7, 10 or 16, at day.

If Cutgehog gets to Level 20 during night, he'll instead evolve into Spinasty and become a Normal/Dark type Pokemon. He also became anthropomorphic and is a punk Pokemon, like Obstagoon. He can learn Dark-type moves, like Throat Chop or Thief, but also claw-based moves, like Shadow Claw or Metal Claw. He has very good Sp. Attack, Sp. Defense and Speed statistics, but he doesn't have many base-HP. You can find Spinasty on Woibe Region's Route 7 (at night), 9 (at night) or 15.
