I came across a set of character cards I drew at a local gaming convention this past year for a game I wound up not running. First up, Bertie Wooster, from the Jeeves and Wooster stories by P.G. Wodehouse. Bertie is a well-to-do idler, the very Platonic Ideal of the Upper Class Twit. He has no occupation, other than swilling cocktails and trying to extricate himself from romantic difficulties. No doubt he would have found himself married or worse long ago if not for the aid of his incomparable valet, Jeeves. But although his disapproving aunts, (and, truth to tell, most of his friends), regard him as mentally negligible; he has a good heart and tries to live up to the Wooster family code: "Never let down a pal."
