More Touhou art, this time it's Chen. So basically, I just drew this out of boredom during my Government class. I wanted to draw Scootaloo, but instead I ended up drawing Chen XD. Originally, Yukari was going to be giving Chen a fish, but I thought it would've taken too long to add her.Colored in GIMP
