Description Guess who returned from the Graves? Well yes I made a little Mistake. I Thought Bulba died again after he came back as a Cyborg ans was beaten by Darkwing Duck again. But I can still manage it with my Story Idea and redesign. I hope you like it.
And if anyone asks why his Brain is in his Back and not his Head, its looks cooler.

Background Info:
Taurus Bulba, a Criminal Mastermind and Head of the St. Canard Organised Crime. Atleast he was once. While in Prison, serving a 99 Year Sentence he still had all his Power and Influence, he even managed to build his Headquarters and a Bull-Head shaped Aircraft inside the Prison without anybody knowing. He was a Big Shot and Darkwing Ducks First Big Time Villain. But in the End Darkwing beat Bulba and he wasnt seen for quite some while.
But he did return, F.O.W.L. fiund his Remains and rebuild his Body into Cyborg Form to replace Steelbeak who already failed to often. But Bulba, now called the Steerminator, had his own Plans, being beaten by some Glory Hungry Masked Vigilante hurt his Pride bad and he wanted revenge so he left F.O.W.L. in order to search for Darkwing.
But yet again he stood no Chance against the Terror that flaps in the Night. But this Time he managed to ascape to plot another Plan.
While he was in Hiding his former Right Hand Man Hammerhead Hannigan took over his Organisation. But Bulba didnt care, he had a Duck to pluck. But Hannigan himself cared a lot, he was afraid that Bulba might return and claims his Power back and turns his anger towards Hannigan. So Hannigan put up a Bounty on Bulbas Head, but no one was so stupid or Insane to face the Steerminator. No Ona except for One, the newly recreated Megavolt Plus came to Hannigan in order to find Bulba. But Hannigan could keep his Money Megavolt only wanted the Cybernetics to improve himself. Hannigan agreed and so the Hunt began.
It took some Time but Megavolt Plus found Bulba. Bulba knew about the Insanely Stupid Megavolt and didnt fear him, big Mistake. Megavolts Improvements and newly found Intelligence took Bulba by Suprise. It was too late, he didnt stood a Chance against the Electrical Villain and was beaten. Megavolt took Bulba apart piece by piece to see what makes him Tick. The Knowledge the Cyborg Body provided was just that Megavolt Plus needed to replace his own Arm.
Megavolt was just about to finish Bulba for good but Hannigan interrupted him. He knew Bulba had still Friends and resources that stayed loyal to him and Hannigan couldnt aquire so he made Megavolt Plus another Deal. Megavolt acceptet as an Experiment and reconstructed Bulba.
The Steerminator 2.0 now is a Huge Hulking Machine, it posesses all the Knowledge the Original Taurus Bulba had but his ne Cybernetics make him nothing more than a Walking Data Bank and Warmachine. His Higher Cognitive Functions have been supressed so he will obey Hannigan and only Hannigan. Now the Mighty has truly fallen, once a Powerfull Man now a Mindless Monster doomed to serve the One who once served him.

Taraus was always one of the coolest villains because just from his appearance alone you know he was dangerous.

I'll admit I never saw the "Steerminator" episode although I know a bit about it. I like Hannigan's brand mark on his left hand, and the exposed wiring.

Reading the description, it's quite original to have Hammerhead as the boss now. I never considered Hammerhead much of a leader. He's a stooge by his own admission. In story ideas where Bulba's gang continues without him (prior to the Steerminator episode) I have Clovis as the leader in Bulba's absence. XD

Yes Hammerhead said hes a Stooge but remember the Scene, Bulba held Hammerheads Throat and as I stated in my Storys Hammerhead is afraid of Bulba. In that Scene Hammerhead would have said everything to get out of that Grip. Its a little like Megatron and Starscream, Starscream hates Megatrons Guts but is Scared of him so he obeys and waits for his Time.
As for Clovis, hm its a Possibility she was never seen again after the Aircraft exploded, she could have survived.

Yeah, but with Starscream, it was repeatedly made obvious he was plotting against Megatron, talking about it openly (he says so to Rumble in the first episode). Hammerhead never plotted against Bulba that we know of, and was subservient even when not in his presence, and seemed content to just boss around the other goons and just always struck me as a truly loyal henchman. But, to each his own. I guess I just prefer Clovis in charge.

And, yeah, since she parachuted, I assume Clovis survived. Oddly, she seemingly gets killed in the comic adaptation, as she sets the airship to self-destruct as part of a contingency plan, and isn't seen jumping out when it explodes. Then again, that comic is hardly canonical, anyway, since Hammerhead is yellow with red horns in it and Mouth (the ram) is green, and Bulba himself has brown instead of dark purple fur! Man, the Disney artists were drunk that day!
