I'll just say that this would be the worst possible scenario for André, Chloe and Zoé. Ladybug and Chat Noir would be terrified at the simple fact of having to face Ragyo. Tomoe, Felix and Cerise would be afraid of her and would not want to have anything to do with her or provoke her anger. Heck, even Gabriel (both in her civilian form and in his villainous Hawk Moth form) would be terrified of her.
Gabriel and Tomoe are terrible with their children but I think they would be horrified by the way Ragyo raises her children and I even think Gabriel and Tomoe consider Ragyo's behavior to be excessively cruel, sick and too much even for them.
