Omg Tanglea design, I imagine the creators being like, hm a deadlock plant with boots and eyes coming out of nowhere ? Let's do this. Β
Though to give some logic to Tangela, it could be like it's the same specie of Pokemon than Snorunt and Shellder that depending the environment, adapt itself and its type by growing a shell, a cover or lianas, that could be pretty fun.
