The shadow on the book makes it look like it's hovering slightly above the surface it should be on. - but i guess you've noticed that already?

its one of those moments where you want to reach out and prevent something bad from happening...but you can't...now, because of this piece, i am in a constant state of uneasiness. thanks a lot. haha. its great

This is very creative. Makes the viewer feel suspense. I wonder where all the water will end up? Splash all over, or just pour down the shelf? Nice shading and details as well. Overall, a well done piece.
