Looks like the a grown up version of Penny from Into the Spiderverse. Eye color, hair style- I guess Penny is raven haired, but its no a difference many care that much about.

I really like the lighting and the blur effect for the background. Really great contrast with colors too! First thing I thought of though when I saw the name was a PSN game called Tokyo jungle and one of the districts in it is Dogenzaka. xD
