Fell in love with Kana, her illusion how she glowed thinking her gift was fate to be with Izumi... I bought her as a character as teenage girl getting swept from her feet by something she could only identify as love.
Yes Satomi is Izumi's love but I gotta admit I wanted Kana to be with him. I'm 38 and I am amazed at how this series got me invested "Next to you playing" in that fateful chapter still brings me tears. (What an amazing emotional tune too)

IMO, she and pretty much a bunch of other characters were portrayed better in the anime

I read somewhere that in the manga she was quite a stalker and an unlikable character... I'm am happy that I saw this version first, this is the real Kana to me and see her turn around as she did... it still pains me to remember that chapter. (I still like Satomi but for me it should have been Kano)Β

I was just thinking that same thing today... Maybe it's because in persona (At least persona 3 my fav) the whole ordeal is a mean for the story to get us to know and care for the characters.
I felt it that way too here, as interesting and well driven the story was everything was secondary to getting to know the characters their lives, their families their ties and how they change through it all... masterful series and masterful game.

I fell in love with this art piece when I laid my eyes on it. Her eyes are beautiful. I really like that you can see her nose instead of being non-existent or a grain of graphite and her lips look soft. Great work!
