For speed you might want to try a dual dagger- a single hilt that splits into two separate blades. It could symbolize deoxy's speed since he is moving so fast you can't tell how many of them there are.

haha.. with deoxys defense forme im thinking or a sword but i've change my mind and decided to make a shield.. ofcouse its in defense mode

Yes you do, even if a sword can be used for defence, when thinking defense, shields are the first to come to mind. And I say it fits Def-Deoxys more

To be honest this is the first time I've even heard of Gijinka so I'm not really sure what it is but the Deoxys things you made so far looked awesome. Though maybe something like Rollerskates or something? since they seem to be something you could hold or wear. And they would make you move faster.

gijinka is personification.. most likely deviants create their own gijinka's in concept of pokemons..

im turning pokemon into weapon or material..sort of materialization
but I dont know the term in japanese..so i came up with revese of gijinka(personification)

Sadly I can't think of any Melee weapons that are considered Speedy exactly...

a dagger can be speedy weapon..its size makes it not heavy to use and also can convert to throwing knife
