I saw this design and loved it. I've had medical problems that I've recovered from and have been looking for a phoenix to use as a tattoo. Rising from the ashes and all of that. I'd love to use this as the tattoo, but I didn't want to arbitrarily use it unless I had your permission. Let me know if this would be alright with you.

awesome work! and little fun fact, nintendo origanaly planned to use arcanine as the 3rd legendary in the zapdos/articuno trio, but they changed their minds when they realised that haveing 2 birds and a dog would be wierd, and that's were moltres came from! however, arcanine still kept the title of being a "legendary pokemon" in it's species name, and also still has higher base stats than moltres!
