Post-processing
Lightened a bit by turning up the exposure in camera raw.
Lightened the lighter parts of the picture some more with a curves layer. Turned up the contrast a lot with a black and white layer set to overlay (100%) and one set to soft light (45%). Both where some of the dark areas where partly masked out with a soft brush.

Did some selective contrast work with curves. One curves layer where I lightened the white walls. One where I lightened and turned up the contrast a bit on the corridor in the middle. And one where I lightened the roof a bit.

Converted to black and white where the yellow tones were made darker (the pattern on the right wall was yellow) and sharpened a tiny bit.
