This is one of the features I loved from AC I, the DNA floating all over (sorry, I'm a scientist).
Assassin's creed belongs to Ubisoft (c).
Altair belongs to Ubisoft (c) and Maria Thorpe (In my opinion, actually to Adha, but it is arguable).

It's not DNA. It's a chemical formula of one of the Hydrocarbon groups that has Covalent bonds.
As you can see it has Hydrogen, Nitrogen, Oxygen and Carbon.

Those are the bases that compose DNA.
DNA is made of Hydrogen, Oxygen, Nitrogen, phosphorus and Carbon. The formulas there are lacking the deoxyribose and the phoshpate groups, I just did not want to go into detail...
