This bird's face is pretty good.
It is hard to draw the bird face without examples (or good photography memory XD) You know? When it is staring at you.
dunno, it had always been hard to me hehehe.

For me it's hard to draw all the faces of animals from the front

When tlaking about different angles to draw something's face, I am more used with humans, mostly because was the only one I paid more attention with anatomy.
If you don't research well and study the animals anatomy, you may find it hard to do a bird's face when it is not profile (sometimes even hard to understand with a photo as reference) because, the face of any animal is very different when you face it from the front or the side.
For example, your character kzeron. I know she has many forms, but most of the time you humanize her a lot (her face is of a human child) Of course it may be totally intentional, you never really explained your character, so I can't figure out much why she is the way she is.

It's not that I humanize her - it's the other way round - I animalize her
