I like this image because it is so inviting, I rarely find images that give me photomanipulation ideas but this one has - and I will try to explain why.
First we have the title, the title gives that first explanation of the image, explains what it is that I am looking and gives my imagination that first spin but still leaves room for creativity.
It is also the image that is very good: The colours of the dress, the surrounding and the model blends well together making neither of them the focus. The pose draws attention to you hand in a very inviting way that at least got me thinking about what you really are looking at. The pose is also very simple and feels natural, relaxed.
I find that some stock artists are a little to much 'ME' about their images but I don't feel that way about this one.

thanks. i just see something pretty and go for it. i'm more into natural photos. i hate looking at the camera. this was actually my auntys dress and it reminded me of rizing out of the water.

I think that is a good attitude towards you art, however goals are good if you want to improve in one specific area. It is a lovely dress so you should be thankful for her good taste, how it reminded you of rising out of the water I can't begin to guess - but perhaps that is a part of the mystery
