I was surfing on deviantart and found this amazing Sailor Scout. The artist linked me to a website to find the doll base, and this is one of the products.

The is the second of the Holiday Scouts. Meet Sailor Independence (well, American Independence). She only appears on the Fourth of July, so shower evil doers with fireworks and blind them with sparklers.

Edit: This scout was edited with a program called Picture IT! after the original was completed with the Sailor Generator. The stars and the US flag are not part of the generator. Each star was sized and placed on the bow by hand (well, on a computer).
