After purchasing the pony you are allowed to make changes. Gender, species, color, etc...
When drawing the pony for the first time, please credit me. Just once is enough.
If a pony is dangerously similar to an already existing OC, please calmly let me know and link me to the already existing OC. I will do a few changes to this one. If that OC is already adopted let the new owner know.
Please note-I have no way of knowing all the OCs on the internet. Please understand that I am only human and I personally would never steal a design.
