Unrealizedthoughts [2014-03-22 02:00:02 +0000 UTC]

This is a very interesting tutorial. I have a problem drawing proportions right because I'm still wet behind the ears. I still can't even draw a head on right, hands are a problem as well as feet, or the body does not match the head. I want to learn different styles to differentiate races and figures.

It's still your art, so I must credit you.

Well, maybe you don't think to recommend it, but I found it pretty much useful.

This is very helpful to me right now.The only thing that bothers me is the far left figure-the legs look out of proportion to the body.I cant talk though as im rubbish at anatomy and i can only hope to get as good as you.

Cult-of-Aggression [2013-01-26 04:09:50 +0000 UTC]

This is actually very helpful. Every other book and guide on the internet that offers anatomy is usually only for burly men, it's good to have one for cute girls.

I found an app which would be useful to artists and i thought i would include it here:

TAKING ART TO THE EXTREME: DRAWINGS: ANATOMY MASTERS

The foundation for any masterpiece is a good structure. A home will not be such without its foundation and for realistic human drawings, it is essential to have impeccable understanding of human anatomy. From bones, muscles to skin, precise understanding of human anatomy has become the foundations of fine art and has been perfected by experts like Da Vinci, Vesalius, Bidloo and others. Anatomy is both a science and art. This duality has become apparent to the understanding of arts and natural sciences. In Drawings: Anatomy Masters, an iPhone and iPad app, you will be able to enjoy more than 130 drawings of skeletal structures, muscles, body organs and many others.

THE GOOD:
You will be immersed to the wonderful artistic renderings of the human body to the extreme, literally bare bones and muscles, the structures that serve as the foundations of impeccable results. In the past, examination of the human body is studied by documenting them through drawings. This is a perfect app to show you how art and natural science offer some of the most spectacular images that are both shocking and awe inspiring.

THE BAD:
There is really nothing that bad or nasty that you can find in this app. The items are divided among different artists and their arts. You will see the differences in their approaches, attention to details and focus.

This app can be fount at the following :-
www.aram.is/anatomy-masters
www.bit.ly/anatomyapp

VERDICT:
Drawings: Anatomy Masters is a fantastic survey of the art that is very attractive and alluring. You will love the amazing appeal of art and science in a whole new level.
