The entire person and her outfit are too pale and monotone- I can barely distinguish her face from her hair. Her hands are both awkward too, especially the one gripping the thing. Her skirt looks flat (2D). And it doesn't look like she has any knees. The green parts are very flat too and the lighting on them is inconsistent.

I dislike her wings too- they look like cardboard cutouts and are structurally incorrect.

Her legs are very, very awkward and off-looking. Also, I don't "get" the background- I would assume it's supposed to be clouds in the sky, but overall it doesn't look like much.

I love this~ Her blue tattoos are so pretty, and I love the way you drew her wings. I also like how you were able to do a flashy background, but make it blurred enough to not take away from the central figure. :3 Splendid!
