It's easier if you have a tablet. It's basically draw an inclosed figure and fill with the bucket tool. XD

Well lucky I'm getting a tablet soon! xD I've tried MSpaint with my mouse (and the curve tool... a LOT, lol) and made a successful picture, but it took about five hours.
