I may or may not have gone overboard with the affects on this, but that's okay because this was just to test some things out and have fun. And it was fun, so mission accomplished. I've done this sort of thing before. I really want Photoshop affects to not look weird when applied to my work, because it would certainly make a lot of things easier. Who knows whether it looks good or not, cuz I don't.
But Td looks cooler every time I draw him, so that's good. That's exactly how it should be.

He does look pretty awesome!! I really like the lighting behind him too.
I think the effects you used look really nice. Though I can tell it was done in photoshop, I think they do look natural to the picture
