More character design researches! Boy, if I had the time and material to animate, I'd love to do a potter animation! *sigh*. My personal favourites are the second lupin from the left and the second before last Snape... So, you want more? Luna is next!Related content

Lupin is one of my favorite teachers. I just love how they portrayed him in the movie.

Although I totally picture Remus completely differently, I still liked this piece (I picture him as being rather slight... lithe). Whenever I see your work I just instantly make it into a cartoon in my head. I think that would be awesome... a Harry Potter cartoon. I like that you remembered the little detail of a patch on Remus's clothing. I absolutely loathe Severus now. I mean... absolutely despise him and he used to be one of my favourite characters (fourth only to Ron, Neville and Draco) so I'm trying to look at him without bias. It's not really working. I'll try harder. You did excellent with his nose, just as I always saw it in my mind. Enough now. I have returned to scowling at him. Excellent work.

oh man this is soo great! you do exactly what i do, i would love to animate the scenes aswel, but i love doing character designs for the cast aswel, tho not like this. this is just too awesme hun! great job!

I'd love to do potter animation as well. I love both Snapes... and both of the Lupins that don't look kinda chubby.. haha, but the middle lupin is my fav..

I like the second and thirds Lupins a lot, though the third one doesn't look what I imagine Lupin to look like, just handsome. If you're going to continue drawing him in one style, it should be the second. The first Snape though, is definitely better. He just looks... so much more vile and clever as opposed to just bitchy. xD

thanks for the detailed comment! I'm not able to draw the same snape or lupin, because I love to wxperiement so much... When I do a comic, I don't have too much trouble drawing the same character over again, but i love experimenting...

Heheh, I know what you mean. xD I experiment with different styles with my own characters quite a bit, also. Though it's tricky for me to be able to draw them the same again and again.

Haha! in fact, i drew snape like that before even knowing about barkis. My character in the comic board really looks like Barkis, in my opinion, but it wasn't my fault!

I like the shape of the last-snape's face more, but I like the hair on the second-to-last snape better. And middle-Lupin is my fave, also.

Those are my favorites too. Side-parted hair Snape is pretty spooky.

Oh, great studies. I love both Snapes and I think your take on Lupin is wonderful. Maybe the one on the left is iffy - he reminds me of Jay Leno, the US talkshow host. Maybe it's the chin. LOL!
