So I went ahead and designed my own! It's based on those cornette hats they wear - like this [link]
But yeah, I thought they kinda looked like ears so its kinda kitty-themed.

Kinette/Kinetti? Its a play on Cornette (which it was based on) and Kinetic (which kinda fits with the psychic type). Also it kinda says Kitty but only if you spell it Kitti. I thought it sounded cute ^-^;

You could also do something like Kitun, which combines Kitty and Nun and sounds like Kitten. And if you did that and gave it an evolution, it could become maybe Cattess, which mixes Cat with Abbess, another word for Nun.
I'm kinda good at coming up with completely random names with little to work with
