I just used a brush made in photoshop that had a handful of small ovals in a circle, then made that brush scatter slightly. Super easy, I'll be making a tutorial on how to make it someday soon.

AMAZING, Venom has always been one of my favorites. Venom and Carnage = the best Spiderman villains. Especially the Mac Gargan Venom.
