Description
So Ice man has been done for awhile, im just trying to find the time to do some Ice Blast for his hands and what not since he is a personal project.I know the hair is not high and tight, and the ICEMAN block is not precise to the sprite, but none the less I still feel like its a Capcom style animated Iceman
I will write a full recipe and stuff when its all done with all the other images.

...Sorry, had to say it. Im currently working on a MLS Iceman custom and this comes as a great inspirational piece. The red on the buckle makes a great difference. Mine is looking a little Dr. Manhattan-ish thus far.

I think you did a great job. Iceman has had several hair styles over the years. From no hair, to a head band, and I think I even have a comic card with a style similar to what he has here.
