Description
These are based off the designs in the HP Film Wizardry book. This one in particular is based off the Quibbler decree. Includes numbered stamps (image layers) 0-9 and 7 different symbols. The Umbridge/Ministry stamp is also selectable to move and rotate upon each decree. Please note: Fonts are similar to but not the exact ones used in the films. See The RPF for the names of these fonts www.therpf.com/f9/monster-book… .
Fonts required for this template: Gloucester MT Extra Condensed fontzone.net/font-details/Glou… , Geo fontzone.net/font-details/Geo+… , Calisto MT fontzone.net/font-details/Cali… , Minion Pro Bold Condensed, Teletype fontzone.net/font-details/Tele… .
Tip: Widen/shorten the text's length to suit the text as the decrees get smaller and shorter in size as they read down.

This only saves as an otd or osd file. Photoshop does not recognize it at all.
