This must be one of the best wigs (haircut) I've seen!
I totally love the make up as well.
The only thing that would've made it beyond perfect would've been a more ice like place.
But since it probably ain't possible in this time of the year I have to say the tower did a great replacement

Yeah in terms of locations it needed a lot of improvisation, but I think I managed to do quite okay
The cosplay is really amazing, and I don't think the picture does it justice even.
