I like your sense of depth here. 
My only thought is it lacks a focal point. I can see you've got a few pieces that do that, so you know what I mean.. :> Sometimes something as simple as raked lighting can liven up the composition too; like maybe a version of this where the rain is ending and sunbeams begin piercing through the clouds...!

Haha, I like roaming around this site (I think most other dA artists these days spend their social time on FB or Instagram or wherever)
