It's a Balinese mythological creature, a flying head with its intestines and entrails attached. The face has popped eye and long tongue that stuck out with fangs. It is said to prey on blood, fetus, and newborns. There are many version of this in each regions in Indonesia, it's also called Palasik or Kuyang. In South East Asia a similiar creature is called Krasue or Mananggal.
