I have a program called gimp. What i do is i take an image and duplicate it once, then edit the photo of how to make it blink and then do it again and again until you have 4 diffrent images or more what ever you perfer. Then duplicate all of them and place it in order of how you want it X3. Then go to preview and animation and watch it go! and TADA it will be animated and soon after you finnished fixing it to what you want then save it as a Gif.
