For lack of a better name, it's the user's name.
I used the halftone in 160 and 80 for the net effect. I got lazy and didn't want to mess it up so I just did it in PSP9. There are breaks in the toning because I couldn't concentrate long enough to freehand select all of the spots just right. -_-' But i think this one is fairly good.
