History:

Once a young noble from the wealthy town of Onekama in the Spiral Archipelago, Koda has since abandoned his title of nobility as soon as he became 18. Tired of the responsibilities and expectations, as well as feeling that many of the high class were more preoccupied with hoarding their own wealth instead of bettering the lives of the people that labored for them, Koda severed ties to his family in order to forge his own life and destiny, also hoping to more-directly help those who were less fortunate.

Koda started off traveling to learn more of the world beyond the gates of Onekama and trying to help others. On his travels, he met one individual who had particularly stuck out to him– a friendly Fennekin named Chase.

Though the two were from very different lives and worlds, they found themselves oddly drawn to each other. Chase was a young criminal in an outlaw band that simply wanted a better life for himself, and despite the different circumstances of their birth, they got along fairly well. Despite the Fennekin’s own difficult life, Chase was still cheerful and upbeat, encouraging Koda to open up a bit as well.

Chase seemed to have suddenly disappeared for a few years, having been abandoned by his old outlaw band after a particular heist had gone wrong. Eventually, Koda heard news of a familiar Fennekin that was now in a rescue team.

After seeking to join Team Paladins, now the two fox Pokemon are reunited again.
