Um, I suppose Applejack would have either cowboy or hiking boots, and Pinkie would probably wear pink Mary Janes... Twilight would wear loafers, Fluttershy would have flats, Rainbow would either have combat boots or Converse, and Rarity would likely wear pumps or some kind of heeled shoes.
