oh, hello! what beautiful feathers you have...being a water lotus, not only does elumb not mind the rain, she would also obviously choose the lake. looks like a number of local birds came to hang out with her.
while the capelet is waterproof and has a hood, she's using it to stay warm rather than dry. long dresses are perfect for spring, and the skirt shape resembles a bluebell, a flower that blooms around now. also, the watercolor gradient look in fabric is a look i personally associate with spring :3

Aww the birbs are adorbs <3 But of course Elumb, the focus, looks so pretty here. The whole color scheme of the piece really emphasizes the overcast and rain - it sets the mood wonderfully!

Wow, this is a really nice pic. The purple theme of the outfit fits real well with the rainy background. I like the elegance of her outfit too, as well as that circle-border. It's all a good combo!
