I feel really sad for Karamatsu since this headcanon of him being really depressed, and if you think about, he should be. Sure, Ichimatsu is depressed but atleast his brothers cared that he was hurt. I feel that if Ichimatsu is gonna be depressed, than atleast be nice. An actual narcissist talked about how different Karamatsu actually is to a real narcissist. For one, he's way too nice, he's always being kind to his brothers and never gets mad at them like they do to him, he doesn't take advantage to get what he wants like his brothers do to him. Jyushimatsu is honestly the nicest one to Karamatsu.
It's actually very sad. His brothers think he has NPD when, if you look more into it, he actually has HPD, that being said, if he is ignored and not cared about, he will become sad and depressed. If you compare the symptoms of NPD to Karamatsu there are many flaws to it, but if you compare the symptoms of HPD to Karamatsu, it's pretty close to describing him in general. In fact, I don't even think that Karamatsu would know he had HPD until he actually breaks. There are OH SO MANY times where Karamatsu is being placed in unwanted moments and is mistreated OH SO MANY times by many people and if he were a true narcissist he would snap and stand up for himself. Did Karamatsu really do anything to stand up for himself? N O. Did Karamatsu ever yell at his brothers with pure spite? N O. Did Karamatsu want his family to love him instead of act like they despise and abuse him?
...yes...
His brothers call him things like Shittymatsu, Kusomatsu, Monkey's butt, Painfulmatsu, and just simply painful. What is the definition of painful? Painful means, to cause distress or trouble or even physical pain. Karamatsu is way too kind to want to do that to any of his brothers! He wants nothing but to make his brothers happy and joyful, but if he only causes pain simply by walking into the room, how the hell is he supposed to make any of his brothers happy? He can't even be heard or even happy, let alone be who he wants to be(which, these things are all needed when having HPD if one doesn't want to feel depressed). Todomatsu even said himself, "No, we heard you! We just choose to ignore you!", If I had HPD I would feel extremely hurt! Through all that's happened to Karamatsu, I can't even imagine going through that without having already killed myself!
So I'm just imagining that it's just Karamatsu singing on the roof that shelters his family looking up at the stars in hopes that things will get better. But if you think about it, he probably wouldn't want to get out of bed in the morning, then whoever's turn it is to roll the futon would wake him up. He'd go downstairs and greet himself to his brothers with his "painful" words, then they'd say he's being painful and tell him to "shut up for once.". So Karamatsu would just get up and leave, feeling nothing but desolation and dejection only to return late at night when his brothers are either getting ready to go to bed or they're already sleeping without him. And then repeat... What kind of a life is that for a sextuplet?

I only came upon listening to this song because of OsoKaramatsu-San. This scene was one of my favorite moments, and you captured it beautifully, with each of Karamatsu's brothers crying and calling for him with all their might, thus shattering the darkness of suicide loneliness. > ᴗ <
