I like the steampunk/military/clockwork orange feel of this one ! Though in the pics I saw it tough it looked a bit like an Hawaiian shirt. And then I imagined him slurping on a cocktail in the sun with bikini clad henchgirls while Batman was stuck in Gotham with the whole city (what's left of it) trying to kill him. It made me giggle.

Well, it's more an interpretation since I don't have the bottom XD but I don't care because he is sexy in AK, specially in this shirt *O*. Thank you dear, and I will draw him more and more like this. Damn… I can't wait for the game.

Thanks Hon. Well I keep his shirt (which I absolutely love) and his goggles. After, I think his hair is still a mess and I keep the bottom quite like in City. But thank you again dear. 
Yes, he is interesting. Can we say that Eddie appears in the four games! Like Batman XD.

It's nice though to see another person's interpretation of the new Arkham Knight Riddler, I love the idea of keeping the bottom like Arkham City! (:
Actually, I've found he's one of the few villains that appear in every game (the Joker being one too!) So yes :3

Yeah. I like the design from Arkham City so I keep the pants XD. It's true. It's rare to see a villain appeared in all the games. 
Well, Eddie is a cutie and also a good villain too XD.
