That statement can't really applied to all female bodybuilders. Take a look at pics and interview videos of Cindy Phillips in her prime, Tina Lockwood, Lisa Cross, Kortney Olson as a few examples and you'll see what I mean. But I do agree with you to a modest extent on that. All I am simply saying is you might want to be careful on how you generalize certain people in the sport is all.

Yeah I see what you mean now. I did listen to her talk in a Russian Documentary and although she does not have typical masculine features, her voice is really deep.
