Yep! (・∀・)ノ But I don't think any kind of release date has been announced... But RecDra (the main OFF translator) has a Patreon set up, where you can follow the translation's progress and even suggest edits. It's really interesting to follow! There have been some different aspects of some of the characters that got lost in translation before which we now get to see.
I think some updates also go to Rec's Tumblr, but very infrequently and only after all the patrons are done with them. It's also...quite disorganized. ^ ^;
