Description Another TDI chibi picture. I decided to randomly pair them up instead of couples. Yes, the joke IS taken from Family Guy. It was really funny to draw Courtney intoxicated though. Blame Duncan. The bubbles around her head basically just illustrate that she's drunk much like in cartoons.
