Description
This is my, Xiaomi like, power options menu. If you wish to see something similar let me know, I'd be glad to make it!How it works:
Keep "CapsLock" pressed until the window pops up and choose the action you wish. To dismiss the window, simply click away or press Esc. on your keyboard.
(Let me know if this works on your screen's dimensions, as I have no other monitor to test it on.)

How to install:
1)Download and install Rainmeter from www.rainmeter.net
2)Download the skin. (the download button is close to the top corner of this page. Simply scroll all the way up and look on the Right of your screen for the download button.)
3)Run the file you just downloaded and follow the on-screen instructions. Enjoy!

Not working , tried changing the hotkey with no chance

Keep in mind this might not work in any version of windows lower than Windows 10. If that's not the case, check the error log and tell me if you see anything there. It works fine with me and other people so I can't imagine what's wrong in your case if not this.

I'm sorry it took me long to reply but I think I found the problem. Download the skin again and tell me if it works now.
