Starts off as your familiar, but good magical animals are so hard to come by. DC doesn't usually practice her witchery unless she has nothing better to do, so this little kitty got bored. And a bored evil cat is likely to take over the world. Or something like that.

I'd have though and Evil Cat with accsess to "Crazy Magical Powersβ’" would've tried to take over the world, bored or otherwise.
But i digress.
Pitch is still awesome anyway just for being one of the few cats with serious balls.

There are lots of little things that I love about this picture, but I won't ramble about them twice. His appearance fits the part perfectly, and he'd be a recognizable character; especially in a police line-up.
