Physical Description/Picture: A little above average hieght. Mid length black hair covering red eye.
Clothing: Red cloth forehead protector around neck. Blue coat with white undershirt with a red diagonal stripe and black pants. Bandages wraped around hands and neck. Kuni can be seen attached to the bottom and arms of his coad with string, seeming to hang in midair.

Jutsus:
Enemy's sight: A ninjitsu that allows him to see through anothers's eyes (gets really confusing when using it on a sharingan, etc user)
Kage Bushin Kunai: A thrown Kunai becomes multiple
Wire Death Trap: Combining Enemy's Sight and Kage Bushin Kunai with string attatched to the kuni he controls them with his chakra as the string wraps around the enemy, traping them and possably cutting them serously.
Lightning Strings: Using the strings as guidelines he can direct lightning to hit the opponent.
Mud Puddle: This technique causes the ground under the enemy to turn to mud, causing them to sink. After a second the ground turns back to it's normal state, usually with the target's feet stuck in the ground.
Summoning: Underworld Chains: The caster summons the chains of an Oni that attack and wrap around the enemy. The chains have blades on the end and throughout the chains. THe number summoned depends on the chakra of the user.

Hobbies: When he's not challanging other ninjas or going on missions he's found just wandering around and seeing what he can see with Enemy's Sight. He has reciently taken up his childhood hobby... the yo-yo.
History/Bio:
Born to a fairly nondiscript Oni family he was entered late into the ninja academy. His team has entered the Chunnin Selection Exam every year and has yet to make it to the final round. Durring the last exam one of his teammates was killed by a very vicious Grass nin. The replacement member of the team turned out to be his genious younger brother Tsukachi fresh from the academy.
A recient Chunnin graduate. Team Unknown
Quirks: Very brash and overconfident, he feels he must prove himself now that his younger brother is now a genin, and he only reciently graduated. He hates Grass nin for killing his teammate
Family: His father was killed in a spying mission to Mist Village. His mother is alive and his brother is now a genin. No other know relitives.
