Kat. lol ^^ chibi. I was just doodling and this came out, so i inked it and colored it. sorry it looks so bad!!! but i do kinda like how her ears and hair turned out ^^just ignore her feet...plz...my scanner fubared them when i scanned it. so if they look bad, thats why.

Another good idea is to use old drawings for refs. This would be a good example of a ref. ^^ -used to use old drawings for refs all the time...actually, still does.-

Your colouring on the blacks however is a little rough. It's not bad, just not as smooth as you could probably make it.

Prang normally sucks but its different for every person I guess. Oh, and about the blender on non-prisma pencils: You can try but I doubt it'll work. They normally only work on Prisma and MAYBE roseart if youre lucky. So I'd go with the white instead. To blend the blacks (which I dont) use silver underneath the blacks in varying degrees of value to create the highlights. (Meaning colour it thick with silver for the spots you want the least black, and lightly where you want just a lighter shade of black) Hope that maeks sense. ^^

You mean what kind of coloured pencils I use? Ummm...Sargeant Art (main), Rose Art (for specific shades of blues and greys) and Gallery( for skin only).
So it did work? o.0 Sweet! This means you have to draw more or something so I can see more of zeh elle artness. ^^

^_^ thanks dearie, that does make sense. what kind of pencil is it that you use??? well, i tried the prang out, and the blender worked on it oddly enough, but so did coloring over with the white o.o so maybe ill try coloring one of my other pics like that ^_^ we'll see

yea...thats how my prisma colors are...i tried to fix it and blend the black better but it just screwed it up even more....v.v *sighs* i have another brand that i might try...theyre Prang pencils...i wonder if theyre any good...i should try them. should i blend them with a blender or color over with white like you do? not sure...im working on fizing it ^_^
