Description
Slugging through the darkness of the Abyss was a creature that had become properly attuned to that, earning the title as one of their handful of nicknames. Her tentacles gently brushed up against the rocks, plants, and other living creatures that had learned to survive in the dark depths she called home as she moved. Certainly not the largest creature down here, she still felt perfectly at home with her ability to tear into any of the larger fish that might nip at her tail. Merely making her way through the bottomless seas, her time often spent down here had her adjusted to its darkness.
There was someone, however, up ahead, that was clearly not use to such a thing. A very brightly colored creature could be seen even in the murky depths. Their red, blue, and white scales a vibrant color that stuck out from anything that had ever dared travel down this far before. A stark contrast to her own blending colors, Styx grinned a bit as she made her way towards the colorful one. Not help him, not quite, but she did want to tease the thing that had wandered in.

Huffing, Betta growled when he hit his head up against another one of those god forsaken rock formations. He normally wouldn't be caught so far down in the ocean, however, he had been struck with a vision earlier. While he may not have been able to see anything in it, he could feel the pleasant emotion of adoration, the serene quiet of comfort, the calm closeness of another, wrapped around him like a warm blanket of shadow. He was fairly certain he was meant to be down here to meet this mysterious other, but it.. was admittedly a painful experience to Betta's pride to be fumbling around like he was. If only he had a name to call out to, or a filter of light to at least help him move around better. Anything.
Pausing slightly at this last thought, he did receive something. A song. It wasn't loud, but it was warm and inviting. Getting a sense of Deja Vu from his vision, he unwittingly went towards the siren song. Picking up a little speed when it seemed to be fading after a moment, he thought it was simply going faster than he was. He didn't expect to run face first into a solid wall of rock.

Giggling lightly, Styx zoomed over to the dragon she had led astray. Their fins covering up the snoz that had slammed so roughly against a wall of rock. It had been about as funny as she thought it'd be, but she still went over to touch them gently with her front limbs. "Are you alright?" she asked between giggles, continuing to touch the other even when they flailed their fins at her to get away. "I'm sorry, it was just so easy, and it's so very boring down here. Whatever do you even think you're doing coming so far into the deep?"
Staring curiously at them, the eventually relented, letting her pat and rub on the poor snoot that had gotten more of a boop than it deserved, lightly touching it with hers in apology. He seemed to soften up after that, a little huffy but wound up pressing his head against hers, sharing the vision that was too dark for her to see out of his eyes. She could still feel the same sensations though, and knew that she had been the one he was in search for. A bit of a smile graced her features. "Well, hopefully you didn't come down here thinking we won't be having a bit of fun together first~?" She hoped Betta liked playing tag while blind.
