Such a creative title, I know.Request:
I don't normally take requests, but this actually took me so long to get around to doing that I told her I'd give her a free request (it started off as an art trade).
I decided to use flash to do the lineart, looks a bit weird but I'm still getting used to it!

Depends what kind of program you use! Try googling it or something, i'm sure there's a helpful tutorial out there that'll tell you how to make picture transparent (:

One more questain do you have photoshop becouse thats the program I use?

I use a program called Fireworks. It isn't as good as Photoshop though.
