Description OH MY SWEET LORD IN HEAVEN. I'M POSTING.

Enough of that insanity, let's just move onto this. Now I'm sure I'm not the only person to have thought this. There's no way. But I figured the best way to get out of this extreme slump/block was to just type and explain. And why not make it a 'project'? I mean, Gen I was not our only generation of Pokemon. So why included Gen II?

Because this little number focuses of the first enemy team of Pokemon. The MAFIA. Also known as Team Rocket.

Yes I'm serious. Short of putting a gun to your head, these guys are the freaking mafia. Al Capone, or Giovanni if you call him that, is the head honcho, Big Daddy. Or as Meowth often says 'Da Boss'.

Then you have your admins, the guys close to 'Da Boss', and then at the bottom of this gunky barrel, the Grunts.

The rookie trainer faces the grunts first, mostly by stumbling upon them. Then, as he/she/you become a bigger threat, you move up in rank until you face old Boss man. This, for a few reasons, screamed 'Old Mafia-Cop movie.' Why?

Well let's see. First our underdog cop (or whatever role this cop will fill) stumbles upon these guys running drugs, stealing car parts, or some other EVIIIIL thing grunts do.

The first thing you do in your journey is stumble upon these guys in caves. Mt Moon in Gen I and the Slowpoke Well. If I recall Gen II right... either way, you don't seek 'em out.. they're just there. But they panic a little anyway, not wanting witnesses. So they send out guns/Pokemon, but the cop/you, manage to fight 'em off.

And it goes like this until the meeting with Al(or Vinnie, whatever he's named)/Giovanni. But even then cop/you aren't taken seriously. You win anyway, kinda impress him, and go along your way. Of course the cop is busy with his own thing, but the paths meet RIGHT back up every time you face Giovanni or his underlings.

Until the final fight, where he turns out to be the gym leader. You fight him your hardest, so does the cop with his baddie. Your back up is your team and items, the cop's is his gun and cop buddies.

And then you both beat them, and they die/leave to places unknown.

In Gen I anyway. Personally, I felt that after the Slowpoke well it was more scrambled efforts to pull Team Rocket back together, and you just cleaning up Red's old mess; the dust bunnies that got away.

Even the Clothing says Mafia to me. Dark clothing, hats that cause a shadow to fall over the eyes for the boys, and... Skirts and tiny shirts for the girls. ...Ok then. Well, still MAFIA.

Now, as with most things, this is just a 'type as I go rant' about things I've noticed. So take it with the worth you'd take a grain of sand on the beach when reading. And yes, yes I am doing the rest of the gens.
